Climate Briefing

St. Monica's Green Team is an official co-sponsor of the Climate Briefing for NYC Candidates that will take place virtually this Thursday, February 25th at noon. This non-partisan event is designed to make sure candidates for elected office in NYC hear from organizations like ours who are working to address climate issues and ensure a sustainable and just future for everyone.

On Feb. 25th we will offer an overview of what NYC faces and what the climate movement is doing to address the crisis. Even if you already understand the realities of the climate crisis, the briefing will give you a clearer picture of what the climate movement is working on, and how our elected officials can more effectively use their offices to advance a comprehensive climate agenda that centers climate justice.
